Owning and operating a recording studio is a dream and vision that actually started materializing about 20 years ago in southern California.  My life long friend/ business partner and I built a recording studio from the ground up with consultation from a very reputable studio designer/ engineer and mastering guru.  This 15 month process led to many lessons in what it takes to build, operate and run a recording studio.  I have since moved to Texas and rebuilt the on going dream and vision now known as Mixit1Studio.  Newer technology, more seasoned behind the wheel and many more resources to pull from
